Our capital policies are industry leading and can be negotiated, unlike every other group, fund, or holding company in the United States.

If we do not meet 10% returns within the first 18 months, we are contractually obligated to return your entire investment, plus your percentage of profit that has been earned thus far.

If you have an emergency, please reach out immediately and we will try to pull your capital as soon as possible.

There are no withdrawal penalties for emergency or unforeseen events. This may include a home foreclosure or a serious injury. If it is potentially life altering, we will never prioritize money over wellbeing.

If you request an emergency withdrawal, please allow time for initiation. Capital may be pulled as soon as one week or as late as one and a half months, depending on the status and completeness of our property investments.

Security for payment: please do not engage in payments with any Gmail, Yahoo, or other public email services. The only authorized emails operate under the domain westgateholdings.net and can be verified. Official communications may come from hins@westgateholdings.net.

Do not address checks to any entity other than Westgate Holdings, LLC. Wiring instructions will only be provided directly from verified westgateholdings.net email addresses or through licensed attorneys or banking officials.
